Next select “Create Polls” or “Create Paid Polls”
Enter your query in the “Question” such as name of event and VOTE NOW
Next select subject area at “Category”
Select and upload image or artwork at “Poll Image”
Choose date and time of expiry of poll at “Expiry Date”
At ‘Results Visibility’, select “Show to all” or “Hide from all”
Type in answer option at “Choice Text” and upload Image and or audio
Scroll down and select “Publish” to launch poll.

Select “Create Event”
Select “Sell ticket” and indicate type (e.g. VIP), price and duration

How much does Speakupp charge for use of its platform for voting and ticketing?
ANSWER: Speakupp does not charge any initial amount for sign up. However, revenue is shared with event organizers on a percentage basis which is determined by the duration of contract chosen.
How is payment made to an event organizer?
ANSWER: When an event ends, a close-out report is emailed to the event organizer, indicating among other things, total number of votes and total revenue and the split according to the revenue sharing module chosen. Payment is made after the report is sent, all within 7 working days.
Is there discount and special pricing available for event organizers?
ANSWER: Yes, organizers may enjoy discounts when revenue exceeds certain threshold. However, this is discretionary and requires organizers to apply for it.

ANSWER: Organizers determine how much to charge for each event?
How much do you charge per ticket?

Can people vote outside Ghana?
ANSWER: Yes, using our international payment platforms such as American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover.
Can people vote with the short code (USSD) outside Ghana?
ANSWER: No, for now, the USSD service is available only in Ghana and it uses all mobile money network platforms in Ghana such as Airtel-TigoCash, Vodafone Cash and MTN Mobile Money.
Where does the voting revenue go to?
ANSWER: All revenue accrued for event voting and ticketing rest with us until end of voting, after which the percentage share of revenue for organizers is sent to their bank account.
How soon is payment made to an event organizer after the voting ends?
ANSWER: Within 7 working days, the share of revenue for an event organizer from voting and ticketing is paid to their bank account.
How many times can a person vote for an event?
ANSWER: As many times as the event will allow.
Can event organizers sign up from any country?
ANSWER: Yes, organizers of events such as awards shows, pageantry and Reality Shows, etc, which require public or private voting can use Speakupp platforms such as the Speakupp Mobile app and web links for voting. However, the USSD (short code) is available only in Ghana currently.
